These are some of the questions we deal with, in tackling one of the greatest epidemics we all suffer from today’s “lack of energy”.
We teach yoga, which is learning mindfulness in action. Yoga is an ancient Indian technique of health practice which was designed to help people to achieve longevity and a blissful state of inner and physical well-being. Yoga is not just about stretches and postures but more of a way of life!

Join our yoga sessions starting 2021 (date to follow) every Tuesday in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. or in the evening from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. for a minimum fee of $15.00 per session.
Kids Yoga Sessions
We are offering special yoga sessions for kids at our centre starting 2021 (date to follow) every Monday in the evening from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a minimum fee of $10.00 per session. Please contact us to reserve a spot.
