Julie Hayes

Julie had the privilege in helping people of all ages, maintain a healthy lifestyle through Just Moving in my Wellness Classes. which have been conducted at various Centres around the Newcastle Area for the past 20 years.

She is a fully qualified Instructor from the young to the elderly through Fitness Australia. Her passion lies in teaching classes which improves balance, strength, co-ordination and general wellbeing which has been proven to help with the prevention of falls.

In her words, “It has been rewarding to see my clients’ blood pressure, sugar levels, balance, strength and more importantly bone density improve through medical tests which have indicated that this type of movement is very beneficial to the body. I look forward to helping you at The Classes. They are gentle and it is a great opportunity to meet new people and more importantly form new friendships whilst in a lovely environment at The Ishana Wellbeing Centre.”

Julie will be starting a falls & prevention program on Monday 18 January 2021 from 2.30pm -3.00pm for a minimum cost of $10.00.
