Teresa Dluzewska is a registered Clinical Psychologist, and Fellow, the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society. She has over 20 years’ experience working with students and staff of the University of Newcastle where she provided individual assessment and treatments for mental health conditions. She has presented a wide range of group programs for staff and students including Stress management, Mindfulness Meditation and Mental Health First Aid Courses. She has worked with students at University of Notre Dame Sydney Campus.
Teresa has engaged in Community collaborations working with HSC Students introducing a Mindfulness Meditation Course at a local High School. She participated in the initial program of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for Borderline Personality Disorders at the Centre of Psychotherapy. She has worked in private practice for many years and currently works at Edgeworth Family Practice. Teresa has a longstanding interest in the understanding and treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma related conditions.
