Our vision is to have a multidisciplinary paediatric specialist service and to create a model to provide comprehensive care to children and young people with developmental and behavioral problems. Among our current core group of clinicians we have regular peer review discussions to share our knowledge, experiences and learn from each other.

PAEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Ishana Wellbeing Centre is built around a strong multidisciplinary approach, ensuring you have the support and resources to excel in your role while providing integrated care. One of the major benefits of working at Ishana Wellbeing Centre is we have four Paediatricians who can provide direct referrals within the same practice.
This is a contract role that offers stability, professional growth and a supportive team environment. You will work with a variety of conditions, including Autism, Sensory Processing, ADHD, and Developmental Delays, in addition, conduct assessments and develop tailored plans to provide support to families to help their children thrive.
Experience with paediatric conditions including Autism, Sensory Processing, ADHD, and Developmental Delay is preferred.
The role offers the chance to gain valuable experience working with a wide variety of paediatric cases and collaborating with our Paediatricians and in house Psychologist.
We provide full Administrative and Equipment Support: for all scheduling, billing, and payments. Equipment supplied- computer, phone, internet, software access, ergonomic chair.
ABOUT YOU:
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 6-12 months paediatric occupational therapy experience
- Working with Children Check
- Indemnity Insurance
- Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
- Desire to work in a positive and empowering team culture

PAEDIATRIC SPEECH PATHOLOGIST: Join our Dynamic Multidisciplinary Team!
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our expanding team. This is a rewarding opportunity to apply and develop your skills across a diverse and engaging caseload in various settings including our centre, clients' homes, preschools and primary schools. Ishana Wellbeing Centre is built around a strong multidisciplinary approach, ensuring you have the support and resources to excel in your role while providing integrated care.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6+ months experience in paediatric speech pathology.
One of the major benefits of working at Ishana Wellbeing Centre is we have four Paediatricians who can provide direct referrals within the same practice.
This is a contract role that offers stability, professional growth and a supportive team environment. In this role you will conduct comprehensive assessments work with children presenting a wide range of communication and swallowing needs, social communication difficulties, literacy difficulties and global developmental delays. The role offers the chance to gain valuable experience working with a wide variety of paediatric cases and collaborating with our Paediatricians and in house Psychologist.

Criteria:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Membership
- A valid Working With Children Check
- Indemnity Insurance
- Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
- Desire to work in a positive and empowering team culture
